How We're Approaching COVID-19

Wedding Reschedule Policy

We understand flexibility and understanding is a key part of choosing a vendor these days.  While our industry has been significantly affected by the pandemic, we are in this together with our couples.  We want to help our couples and have provided the following policy for our existing clients needing to reschedule.

Reschedule by 11/1/2020 in order to:

  • transfer your full deposit to a future date
  • lock-in 2020 pricing for 2021
  • First access to prime 2021 dates

Wedding Refund Policy

We get it! Life Happens! Our wedding refund policy is simple and provides a schedule where the farther out you are from your date, the more of a refund you are eligible for.  We also off our reschedule policy in case canceling your day is not really what you’re looking for.

Just let us know as soon as possible so we can free the date up for another couple and help you get the largest refund possible!

Wedding Refund Schedule:

  • More than 180 days until the wedding date – Full refund minus the deposit
  • Less than 180 days to the first date – Up to 50% of total contract
  • Less than 90 days to the wedding date – Unfortunately, NONE
